Thank you for your interest in joining the 2026 Chemainus Sip & Shop! This festive outdoor night market brings together local makers, food producers, businesses and beverage vendors for an evening of shopping, food, live music and holiday fun in downtown Chemainus.


Please complete the application below. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or a particular vendor location. Vendor placements will be assigned by the organizers based on overall event layout and operational requirements. You will be contacted if you are approved and an invoice will be sent.


VENDOR SPOT PRICING

Non-Chamber Member: $50.00 + tax

Chamber Member: $40.00 + tax


Note for Locals: If you own a local business in Chemainus off Willow Street and you would like a vendor spot on Willow, please email us at events@chemainus.bc.ca. If you own a business on Willow and would like to also purchase a vendor spot, please proceed with this application.


Sip & Shop is presented by the Chemainus Business Improvement Area (CBIA), with vendor applications administered by the Chemainus + District Chamber of Commerce.

These rules include important information about vendor conduct, setup and teardown, site access, booth and display requirements, safety, cancellations, food and beverage requirements, event operations and other conditions of participation.
