Kelly Argue, along with her wonderful horse, Caydee are quite literally "Famous in Chemainus."

With deep roots in the community spanning many years, Kelly has been delighting residents and visitors alike through her business, Plows and Petticoats, offering signature horse-drawn carriage tours that capture the historic charm of our town.

Her journey in Chemainus began with her very first tour in 1990, followed by the official launch of her business in 1992. For over three decades, she has been bringing local history and scenic sights to life at a classic horse-drawn pace.
